刷丝内芯可以采用包塑钢、钢以及不锈钢材料。
DBS刷卷的设计宽度在5.4mm到10mm之间。独立的刷卷通过点焊将彼此固定，这样可以避免损伤到刷丝。刷卷两侧的尾端通过“鼻头”连接，这样可以安全的驱动各个刷卷并且保证刷卷之间没有空隙。
我们设计了VDS型适配器来解决刷卷内直径与驱动轴直径之间的差异。
